2010 Parish Picnic

Friday, September 17  6pm - 11pm

Saturday, September 18  Noon - 11pm

Your Picnic Committee is busily planning this year's event. The dates have been set so mark your calendars. We expect to have another fun year and pray for a safe and fun event for the parish family.

We are seeking volunteers who are interested in donating their time and talents to make our annual event a success. It takes over 1500 volunteers to host all of the events and a few willing people to serve on the planning committee. The picnic committee meets on the first Tuesday of every month in the Rectory meeting room at Sts. Joachim and Ann. Meetings start at 7pm and normally run for two hours depending on the time of the year. We welcome your attendance at these meetings and hope you will contemplate joining our fun team.

Our next meeting is scheduled for:  June 1, 2010   7pm - 9pm
